How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesomeness each time you leave class.

WHAT IS SHAPE UP?

This class is a low intensity workout that is great for all age groups and skill levels. There is also an option to intensify the workout by bringing in your own ankle and wrist weights. The only equipment required for the class will be a yoga mat. We will be focusing on using your own body weight with these exercises. The class will start with a nutritional moment and stretching. Each class will focus on a particular area of the body and will always involve a core workout.

This total body, style workout utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight which masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D.
